COCONUT CHARCOAL
100 percent coconut shell charcoal briquettes, pressed and kiln dried. Low ash, low moisture, no chemical binders beyond food grade starch.
Coconut shell charcoal from Indonesia
Coconut shell is denser than most hardwood, which is the whole reason this product exists. Charred and pressed, it burns longer per kilogram, produces less ash and gives off less smoke than wood charcoal. For a restaurant running a grill all evening, or a lounge turning over hookah bowls, that difference shows up directly in cost per hour and in what the customer tastes.
We manufacture 100 percent coconut shell charcoal in Indonesia, pressed and kiln dried, bound with food grade starch and nothing else. We supply importers, distributors, charcoal retailers, hookah brands and buyers developing their own label.
Two grades
| Grade | Shapes | Packing | Bought by |
|---|---|---|---|
| BBQ grade | Hexagon briquette or natural coconut shell | Retail 1 kg boxes, bulk 10 / 15 / 20 kg PE-lined master cartons | Restaurants, grill houses, charcoal retailers, retail brands |
| Shisha grade | Block or hexagon cube | Retail 1 kg boxes of 64 to 72 cubes, bulk 10 to 20 kg PE-lined master cartons | Shisha lounges, hookah retailers, wholesalers, private label brands |
Hexagon briquettes are the usual choice where consistent sizing matters for stacking and burn control. Natural coconut shell pieces appeal to buyers selling on a premium or artisanal positioning. Shisha cubes are sized so a standard bowl takes a predictable number of pieces, which is what lounge operators cost their pricing against.
Specification
- Material: 100 percent coconut shell, no wood filler.
- Ash content: under 2.5 percent.
- Moisture: under 5 percent.
- Burn time: 1.5 to 2 hours or more depending on shape and airflow.
- Binder: food grade starch only.
- Odour and taste: neutral, which is the requirement for shisha use.
Low ash matters more than most buyers expect. Ash smothers airflow, shortens usable burn and leaves the customer cleaning more. It is the specification worth checking first when you compare quotations from different suppliers.
Packaging and private label
Retail 1 kg boxes and bulk master cartons can both be printed under your own brand. You supply artwork or we develop it with you, printing is arranged with our print vendor, and production starts once packaging is ready. Printing and packaging are invoiced 100 percent in advance, separately from the product itself.
Bulk cartons are PE lined, which protects the moisture specification through ocean freight and storage. See OEM and private label for the full process.
