OUR PRODUCTS

Four product families, all made from Indonesian coconut coir and coconut shell. Every line is available in bulk and under your own brand.

Coconut products from a single Indonesian supplier

Coconut is one of the few crops where almost nothing is wasted. The husk becomes growing medium and erosion control matting. The shell becomes charcoal. The shorter fibres become pet litter. We manufacture across all four of those lines in Indonesia and export them under one supply relationship, one set of documents and one point of contact.

For a buyer, the practical benefit is consolidation. If you sell into garden retail you can take coir bricks and pet litter on the same order. If you supply civil contractors you can take coir logs and coir net together. Fewer suppliers, fewer sets of paperwork, one loading port.

    Growing medium

Washed and graded coir peat in compressed and loose formats. Low EC under 0.5 mS/cm for seedlings and hydroponics, high EC from 0.7 mS/cm where cost matters more than salt sensitivity. pH 5.5 to 6.8. Sieve grades 3, 6 and 9 mm. The 70/30 coir perlite mix is buffered with calcium and magnesium as standard.

    Erosion control

Coir netting in 3x3, 4x4 and 5x5 cm mesh at roughly 400 to 750 GSM, in 1 m or 2 m rolls. Coir logs in 20, 30 and 40 cm diameter at 3 m length, with coir netting for full biodegradability or PP netting where the specification allows it. Working life of roughly 2 to 5 years, matched to vegetation establishment.

    Coconut charcoal

100 percent coconut shell, ash under 2.5 percent, moisture under 5 percent, burn time of 1.5 to 2 hours or more, bound with food grade starch only. BBQ grade as hexagon briquettes or natural shell pieces. Shisha grade as blocks or cubes, packed 64 to 72 cubes per 1 kg retail box.

    Pet care

Coir pellet litter with absorption measured at up to roughly 200 percent in our own in-house testing, with independent certification in progress. Retail 5, 10 and 20 litre resealable pouches, bulk 40 litre sacks. Printed OEM film carries a minimum of roughly one tonne per design.

    Private label and custom manufacturing

Every line above can be made to your specification and packed under your brand. That covers custom EC levels, block dimensions, blend ratios, mesh grades, charcoal shapes and printed retail packaging. We keep client work confidential, so nothing you develop with us appears in our marketing.

The OEM and private label page covers the full process, artwork requirements, payment structure and the fourteen questions buyers ask most often.

    How we ship

    • Minimum order: 1 x 20ft container per product. A 40ft high cube is usually better value per unit.
    • Incoterms: FOB or CIF preferred, EXW also supported.
    • Loading port: Surabaya, Indonesia.
    • Container quantity: confirmed at quotation, since destination road weight limits vary.
    • Payment: 50 percent deposit on order confirmation, 50 percent balance against bill of lading. Letter of credit at sight for returning customers only. Printing and packaging 100 percent in advance.
    • Samples: free, with courier at your cost.

Documentation as standard: phytosanitary certificate from Indonesian plant quarantine, certificate of origin and PEB export declaration. Fumigation certificates and ISPM 15 compliant packaging on request. Laboratory analysis to a destination market standard can be arranged, and we already hold Salmonella and E. coli analysis through Sucofindo for Australian import requirements.

    Getting a quotation

Send the product, the specification, the quantity and the destination port. If you are not sure of the specification, describe the application and we will recommend one. We would rather ask questions early than quote something that does not suit the job.

Contact us or message us on WhatsApp for a same day response during Indonesian business hours.

    Common questions

    What is your minimum order?
One 20ft container per product. A 40ft high cube is usually the better value per unit and is what most repeat buyers move to. Container quantity and loadability are confirmed at quotation, because destination road weight limits differ by country.
How long does an order take?
It depends on the product line. Growing media and erosion control run 3 to 4 weeks after order confirmation. Charcoal runs up to 2 weeks. Pet litter runs 4 weeks. Custom printed packaging is prepared before production starts, so allow additional time for printing.
    Do you supply samples?
Yes. Samples are free and you cover the courier, either on your own DHL account or by EMS invoiced to you. Tell us the specification you want to evaluate so the sample reflects what you would actually receive.
What export documentation do you provide?
A phytosanitary certificate from Indonesian plant quarantine, a certificate of origin and a PEB export declaration as standard. Fumigation certificates and ISPM 15 compliant packaging are available on request. Laboratory analysis to a destination market standard can be arranged.
Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
A manufacturer and exporter, not a middleman. We manufacture in Indonesia at our own facility, and every shipment is inspected and cleared by Indonesian plant quarantine before it leaves. See our track record for shipment records, inspection photographs and redacted export documents.
